“TIGRE” JIMENEZ WILL DEFEND WBC CROWN FOR THE SECOND TIME
Alejandra “Tigre” JimĂ©nez will be defending for the second time her World Boxing Council heavyweight belt on Saturday, August 12 in Cancun, Quintana Roo, against Canadian Vanessa Lepage, in a card presented by Promociones del Pueblo in association with Cancun Boxing and Boxing Time.
Jimenez, who conquered the crown on March 18, 2016 in Cancun against American Martha Salazar, has an undefeated professional record of 8-0 and 6 KO’s.
On the other hand, Vanessa will be fighting for the very first time outside Canada. She is undefeated, she is only 22 years old and she will be contesting for the WBC world championship belt.
