Duluth, Minnesota’s Amy “Hard Hands” Lemenager (1-0, 1 KO) returns to action in her home state on January 25, in a support bout of former IBF World Champion Caleb Traux at the Minneapolis Convention Center, in a Battle of Unbeatens with fellow Midwestern Middleweight prospect Leslie Pope (3-0, 3 KOs).
Lemenager, a former hockey goalie with roots in other team sports, chose a professional path in boxing after walking through much of her regional competition and seeking further challenges in an individual sport.
“Hard Hands” Lemenage laid those hands on hard and heavy on North Dakota’s Kayla Brady in her debut 2nd Round stoppage in October in front of her Duluth hometown family and friends.
Wanting to stay busy in the ring, Lemenager is set to make her 2nd pro bout a potential Middleweight barn-burner with a heavy-handed Pope, whom has made quick work of her 3 foes thus far.
Tony Grygelko, of Tony G Presents stated, “I am really excited for this match. It should be a very good scrap.”
The confident and assertive Lemenager is determined to make waves in the heavily popular Middleweight division and the opening are definitely there!
