From WBC:
“FED UP!” JACKIE NAVA BACK ON TRACK
Federal Deputy and former WBC world champion Jackie Nava triumphantly returns to winning ways in the ring, with a clear unanimous decision over tough Venezuelan Ana Maria Lozano at the Pablo Colín Gym in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico.
Nava was never in trouble, displaying her consummate skills in a showcase of boxing, constantly pressuring Lozano in a crusade, with a cascade of accurate jarring combinations, reinforced by a stiff left jab. The scores reflected Jackie`s sharpness and technical superiority, even though she has had a two years family and political sabbatical. They read 99-91, 97-93 and 97-93. More than enough, to comfortably win the World Boxing Council International Super bantamweight belt.
Jackie improves her record to 33-4-3, with 14 KO’s while the durable Venezuelan dips to to 13-6-1, with 10 KOs.
