Super Welterweight Latondria Jones (5-0, 2 KOs) keeps proving the reason TMT, Floyd Mayweather, and Mayweather Promotions are investing in her, as she pounds her way to the Unanimous Decision win over Selene Arellano (1-2, 1 KO) at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in Las Vegas.
Jones came out firing with lefts and rights that landed upstairs at a vigorous pace. She looked to try and put Arellano out of commission early.
But the Arizonan Arellano held up pretty well. In the Second Round, She flipped the script and started landing some flurries of her own on Jones.
In the Mayweather Promotions Post-Fight interview, Jones stated, “Every fight is an experience for me. I am just happy to go in there and realize what I did wrong… and the things that I did good.” She added, “I am just going to learn from this fight, and get ready for my next one.”
