From DiBella Entertainment:
BROADWAY BOXING RESULTS FROM KINGS THEATRE IN BROOKLYN
BROOKLYN’S JUDE FRANKLIN, KHALID TWAITI AND MELISSA ST. VIL ALL EARN IMPRESSIVE VICTORIES
Brooklyn, NY (9/30/18) – DiBella Entertainment celebrated its 15-Year Anniversary of Broadway Boxing on Saturday night by teaming up with fellow New York based promoters The Real Deal Boxing and Uprising Promotions for a stacked card of New York City’s most promising prospects at the legendary Kings Theatre in Brooklyn in front of an energetic and near capacity crowd.
The bouts were shown live at DBE’s streaming home, LIVE.DBE1.com. Saturday’s Broadway Boxing was presented by Nissan of Queens, Azad Watches, OPTYX, Christos Steak House, Gagliardi Insurance, Venum and Medical Arts Radiology.
Brooklyn’s own Melissa St. Vil, 11-3-4 (1 KO), handed Mayra Hernandez, now 6-1 (4 KOs), her first defeat, winning a unanimous decision. Known as “Little Miss Tyson”, St. Vil, who lost a close majority decision against Eva Wahlstrom for the WBC Super Featherweight World Title back in April, looked excellent in picking up the decision against Oklahoma’s Hernandez.
