EASTERN PROMISE IN TECAMAC
Japan’s Nana Yoshikawa is rareing to fight on December 16 in Tecamac, State of Mexico, as the star of Chacales Promotions.
Two World Boxing Council championships…one international and another absolute. Nana, who is fighting once again in Mexico, is helping the community she considers her second home. She is collecting funds to help those affected by September’s earthquakes.
“We made a collection fund with the help of my work team, supporting the people of Mexico. Many people joined our cause and we were able to collect a good amount. We want to do our part and help good people who have received me with a lot of affection.
” Concerning boxing, we are preparing for a great evening on December 16 in Tecámac. That night we will be fighting for the WBC Interim World Championship, a very important fight for my career. It’s a dream to win the green title and gold belt, we have to win this fight to reach the highest point. That’s my main goal, to be world champion.”
As a co-main event of the night, Estrella “Chacala” Valverde defends for the first time her International WBC Super Flyweight Championship.
