WBC flyweight champion Ibeth Zamora ready to defend her crown against Chaoz Minowa
World Boxing Council female flyweight champion, Ibeth Zamora will defend her world title for the first time this Saturday, when she faces Japanese warrior Chaoz Minowa; The fight will take place at the Miguel Hidalgo Gym in Puebla.
Zamora Silva (29-6, 12 KO’s) made history by conquering her third division, defeating the American boxer, Melissa McMorrow, on May 26th during the Ring Telmex-Telcel Gala Card.
Now, Zamora has an challenge ahead, as the Japanese boxer has a long history in amateur boxing and has a professional record of 6 fights victories with 5 knockouts and just 1 defeat.
