Rivas vs O’Neil for the WBC heavyweight belt
Trinidad and Tobago boxer Lorissa Rivas will face veteran Guyanese fighter Gwendoline O’Neil for the vacant Female World Boxing Council heavyweight belt this Saturday at the Central Regional Indoor Sports Arena, Saith Park, in Chaguanas , Trinidad and Tobago.
Rivas, 37, who lives in the United States, has been active having two victories last year. Rivas, who is motivated for this important commitment, will star the first heavyweight female title match in Trinidad and Tobago.
O’Neil, a resident of Brooklyn New York, has made a great preparation, as it has always been her goal to win the WBC green and gold title.
