“RUSITA” PREVAILS AFTER ENTRENCHED WARFARE REMATCH WITH GONZÁLEZ
Yazmin “Rusita” Rivas managed to defeat Jessica ¨La Magnifica¨ González to conquer the WBC International super bantamweight championship, in a buzz saw of a slugfest!
The card took place in Gomez Palacio, Durango, being packed to the rafters. The match was broadcast through Azteca 7.
Two of the Judges´ scorecards were 96-94 and 97-94 in favor of Rivas, while the other one was 94-96 favoring Jessica. The door is now hanging off its hinges, wide open for a third and deciding slam between them, hopefully living up to this one, which was a veritable cracker!
Yazmin suffered another right eyebrow gash, which bled steadily throughout the fight, making the drama, even more crimson tinged.
